Fredy E. Urrutia
Owner, Managing Director Design & Operations
From the beginning, his vision for FGS was rooted in trust, reliability, and clear communication; values that continue to guide every project. He brings more than 20 years of remodeling experience and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and client satisfaction. Fredy believes delivering quality projects is just as important as treating clients and team members like family; fostering relationships built to last similar to the spaces we create.
Under his leadership, Fredy has earned a reputation for designing and building spaces that families can enjoy and be proud of for years to come. When he’s not at a job site or refining a project plan, Fredy values time with his wife, daughter, and their pets. He also makes time to enjoy hobbies such as studying Italian, mountain biking, and playing chess.
Tammy Ebbs
Senior Director, Client Experience, Projects, & Design
With more than 25 years in the hospitality industry specializing in account management, client relations, and operational management, Tammy joined FGS in the fall of 2023. She bridges design and construction seamlessly, guiding clients through their project journey with clarity, care, and confidence. Known for her calm coordination and quick wit, Tammy ensures every phase of a renovation runs smoothly, thoughtfully, and with a human touch. She loves translating clients’ visions into spaces that feel personal, functional, and bring them joy long after the project is complete. Believing that “you have to be interested to be interesting,” Tammy brings a people-first mindset to everything she does. Her attention to detail, love of design, and genuine enthusiasm for connection make every FGS project a true collaboration.
Tammy credits trips to the hardware store, hours spent in her father’s workshop, and the toolbox he gifted her when she bought her first home for sparking her appreciation for craftsmanship and instilling valuable lessons that shaped her respect for the trades. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of two teenagers active in baseball, soccer, basketball, and golf. A lifelong sports fan, she also enjoys traveling and attending live music events. For Tammy, family is everything and at FGS, she brings that same sense of care and connection to every client relationship.
Sylvia Urrutia
Social Media & Styling
An original member of the FGS team, Sylvia has worn many hats since day one supporting her husband, Fredy, as he launched the company and assisting with office coordination, organization, and behind-the-scenes details. Her warm personality helped establish the heart and personable spirit that continue to define the team today. She enjoys using her creativity to plan company events, style project photoshoots, and curate FGS’s social media presence. And when she’s not working on something for FGS, she dedicates her time to family life with their daughter and chasing after their rescue dog, Mila.
Will Garcia
Operations & Financial Systems Manager
Behind the scenes since 2019, Will keeps FGS running smoothly. From software systems and accounting to accounts payable and receivable, his organizational skills and analytical mindset make him the backbone of business operations. His ability to streamline processes ensures the team can focus on what they do best – creating beautiful spaces. When he’s not keeping FGS on track, Will coaches soccer and balances his Argentine and American loyalties when it comes to cheering for football or soccer, depending on who’s asking. He’s also a proud dad of three and an avid traveler.
Luis Torres
Master Carpenter & Site Manager
Working with Fredy since 2011, Luis has been a cornerstone of FGS and the leader of our construction crew. A master of all trades with a specialty in cabinetry, his precision, reliability, and professionalism are second to none. Clients consistently praise his organized worksites and superior craftsmanship. Luis “shows up and delivers” every time. Beyond the jobsite, he’s devoted to his wife and three children, often found helping friends with projects or staying active in his community (including joining Girls on the Run with one of his daughters). A self-taught mechanic and car enthusiast, Luis enjoys spending his free time tinkering under the hood, although everyone at FGS hopes it remains a hobby so he can keep focusing on bringing clients’ visions to life. Luis’s integrity and skill embody what FGS stands for.
Enrique Torres
Carpentry Associate
Joining FGS in 2022, Enrique quickly established himself as a reliable, fast-learning, and kind-hearted member of the team. His curiosity and eagerness to grow both personally and professionally make him an asset on every job. Known for his great attitude, sharp intuition, and sense of humor, Enrique brings positivity and energy to the crew. When he’s not perfecting his craft, you’ll likely find him enjoying a quiet day fishing or reading, possibly both, depending on how well the fish are biting.
Camilo Saloj
Lead Painter & Finishing Specialist
Camilo has been part of Fredy’s trusted team since 2013 and is FGS’s go-to expert for painting and finishing. His steady hand, keen eye for detail, and calm presence bring polish and perfection to every project. Whether transforming a space with a flawless coat of paint or refining a finishing touch, Camilo’s work speaks for itself. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, especially long walks and never turns down a good action movie. Camilo’s craftsmanship and quiet confidence make him an indispensable part of the FGS family.
