We’ve done two pretty sizable projects with FGS – our entire first floor, including kitchen and a full bath, and an outdoor backyard oasis. Both projects were a painless process, mostly stress free due to FGS’s open and clear communication. FGS will always be our go-to contractor – they’re not the cheapest, but the quality of their work cannot be beat, and again, their ability to communicate any problems in a clear way puts them a mile above any other contractor we’ve worked with. They anticipate all the questions you’ll have and keep you informed every step of the way. Highly highly recommend them to everyone!

Words cannot describe how pleased we were with FGS Construction. We used FGS for our whole house gut remodel in Washington DC for our 1950s single-family home. The renovation turned out much better than we could have ever dreamed. FGS has excellent communication. Their responses were always prompt and thorough. They always took their time to answer our concerns. FGS also has good attention to detail. More often than not when we would have an issue to raise, Fredy and the rest of the team would already be aware and on their way to take care of it. The team also has great design skills. They helped us pick out many of the colors, vanities, fixtures, and overall aesthetic of the house. They made the process much less overwhelming for us. Finally, they are an honest company. They are upfront with their pricing and take great pride in the work that they do. We highly recommend them.

FGS was a pleasure to work with. They were very respectful and came up with good solutions to design and construction challenges posed by my 1960s rowhouse. Fredy, Tammy, Luis, Enrique, and everyone else were kind and communicative. Work was done well and kept on schedule. They kept our house as clean as possible. We knew what to expect throughout the renovation and were very happy with the results!
